Performing takeoffs for jobs can be very time consuming. At Pilot Lumber, we have both inside and outside sales reps who want to come alongside you and your upcoming project whether that be a commercial or residential project! We want to understand your project vision and look into the details of a blueprint or sketch before simply saying yes.
The quote can sometimes be a difficult conversation. It doesn't have to be this way! Pilot Lumber's focus is to provide all parties the most fair and reasonable outcome.
Our hope is that both parties have had complete transparency in the initial meeting that leads to this conversation being focused on dotting i's and crossing t's.
We know projects can be planned in advance while others come out of nowhere and require immediate attention. Once we receive your approval of the quote, we will jump into action!
In the times we are in, material shortages have been a common occurrence. Our goal is to assess needed materials and timing. With our team's experience and the relationships we've built with our manufacturers, this helps keep the line of communication always open!
Once your project is in progress, we want to stay in the loop! Your work is a reflection of us and we take pride in what you're doing. Couple of things to keep in mind...
- If you don't need certain materials until later in the project, we have resources available to manage/monitor them on your behalf
- Always want to handle any change orders and schedule changes as soon as possible
- Continue to utilize Pilot Lumber as a resource
